Can I use my own gemstones in addition to a gemstone selected from your vault?
Yes, we can incorporate your own gemstones into the design, provided they fit the specifications and quality standards necessary for the design.
How will I know what my customized piece will look like before it's made?
We'll provide a high-definition 3D model of your piece for your approval before we begin the crafting process.
Can I change my mind or make additional modifications once the customization process has begun?
